The two main constants in this sterling (no, not Sterling Doubleday) collection of Mets yearbooks, programs, and Met-related sports magazines are the team's most celebrated figures: Tom Seaver and Casey Stengel, whose images and exploits are reflected on most of the covers -- though one cover is noteworthy for the presence of the man who now manages that other team, fellow named Torre. Over 20 publications in all from '64 to '74. Best is the Official 1964 dedication program from the opening of Shea Stadium (NRMT).
