The dark streak running down the fire-snorting horse on Valeri Bure's game-worn Calgary Flames jersey looks like it should be part of the design. Bure collected plenty of match muck in his 2000-01 poly knit, which he donned while logging his second most productive season, 27 goals and 28 assists. Everywhere that isn't black exhibits use, including an unsutured hole in the red of the left sleeve. And it is good looking, too, with the Flames' traditional burning C and Bure's No. 8 on the shoulder and sleeves. Red contrasts nicely with the black scuffs. NHL patch on the outside and "Calgary Flames Hockey Club 2000-2001 NHL Season Black Jersey #2 OF 2" is emblazoned on the inside bottom. Koho design label rests above the nameplate and a giant No. 8.
