Don Zimmer played with Hodges on Brooklyn's 1955 title winner. All of these men have left their mark on the sphere, in addition to: Don Blassingame, Ed Brinkman, Jim Bronstad, Mike Brumley, Chuck Hinton, John Kennedy, Jim King, Don Lock, Dick Phillips, Fred Valentine, and even coaches Hobie Landrith, Sid Hudson, George Susce and Ed Yost.
