On March 24th, 1973, Bruins regular Greg Sheppard potted a goal in Boston Garden. Not a spectacular event on its own, but wait…I haven't finished. Assists were credited to a pair of Hall of Famers: Robert Gorden Orr and Jacques "Jake the Snake" Plante. This Converse Boston gamer has been labeled as part of the two-year NHL official goal puck program. The accompanying vintage NHL Certificate lists the time and place of the goal and the credits for the goal and assists. The puck sports a vintage Bobby Orr signature on the front but can be easily removed if needed. From the collection of former Bruins equipment man "Frosty" Forristall.
