One look at old Mike Higgins and one gets the idea that he's probably a pretty cool guy. Higgy was a "top notch 3rd baseman" in the '30's and '40's for the A's, Tigers and Sox and had only recently been promoted to skipper of Boston when this card was issued. Perfection everywhere (but a little o/c to the left) on this Pop 3 (with none higher) rarity.
