Fantastic 1st Edition of The Babe Ruth Story (1948) with a fantastic 1st-rate Ruth autograph. Signed by the Babe only months before he died on August 16, 1948. The book written by (officially "as told to") New York newspaperman Bob Considine was Ruth's only authorized biography. The signature may well be one of the Bambino's last, and certainly one if his best ever, on the title page in blue and rating a perfect 10. Book itself is NRMT w/no visible damage on its red and black cover and just a light rime of browning on the pages. Great photos in the book as well.
