Dated October 15, 1943, the slip shows Babe making a $1,201.40 deposit and signing the top "G.H. Ruth" in fountain pen. Signature is 8/10. Also an intriguing photo of a seated Ruth in a heavy topcoat and cap, a cigar in his left gloved hand and a run in his expensive left sock.
