This is one of the earliest premiums OPC ever produced. Cardboard game with spinning wheel is in Excellent condition, except for some creasing on the square piece, outside of the circle. Game instructions are printed around the perimiter in English and French. Comes with the original mailing envelope with dated OPC label ("Feb 4" - no year printed).
