It is one of two examples of JFK that was inserted along with other presidential signatures into a variety of 2003 Upper Deck products. The card itself is NRMT while the signature is bold and blue, written in ball point pen. Numbered “1/2” in the upper right hand corner. A unique card that would be fit for even the most discriminating collector.
