California Highway Patrol uniform worn by Erik Estrada, a.k.a Frank "Ponch" Poncherello, during the filming of the 1970's television sensation "Chips". Included are: 1) Fitted khaki button-down shirt with added crotch piece. "California Hignway Patrol" patches each sleeve and "Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer" tagging on tail that is written with the initials, "E.E." in black marker. 2) Matching pants with blue and gold side seam trim and elastic stirrups. "Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer" tagging in waist is also written with, "E.E." 3) Blue and gold painted helmet with chin strap and, "California Highway Patrol," decal on front. All pieces show considerable use.
