1993 marked the inaugural year for Topps Finest. It was a groundbreaking issue that featured the elusive “refractors” that drove the country wild. Offered is a factory sealed wax box case of 1993 Topps Finest baseball. 12 boxes in the case, 18 packs per box. I’m sure there are not too many of these sealed cases left anymore.
