Entitled, Encyclopedia of Out and Indoor Games, it is a wonderful assemblage of prices and images of the 19th century equipment and uniform styles. Includes all sports of the era including baseball, boating, cricket, hunting, archery, football, etc. Includes all equipment, trophies, & prizes offered relating to any sport and including military & fireman’s apparel. Countless illustrations are hand-colored. Hand-coloring was a service provided by Peck & Snyder for their clients, as color printing was not yet conceivable. Catalogue is all original.
