A striking and truly special team photo of the 1918 Notre Dame Ramblers (as they were known then) featuring football immortals Knute Rockne, Curly Lambeau & George Gipp. This was Rockne’s first year as head coach for Notre Dame. Lambeau was only there until Christmas, after which he left to form the Green Bay Packers, making this complete team photo a Notre Dame rarity. Photo is Excellent with no damage, mounted on thick cardboard.
