Taken from Fenway after the 1992 season this heavy rubber homeplate has seen its fair share of action. Witness to countless superstar hurlers such as Roger Clemens and present during Boston’s dramatic seven-game series with the Mets in ’86, each dent to its surface can tell a tale. Signed in blue sharpie by two players including the 1967 Cy Young winner, Jim Lonborg. And complete with a gold plaque that reads, “Homeplate From The Red Sox Bullpen Fenway Park Boston, Mass, Removed 1992”.
