Enormous size 13 hunk of 14-karat gold by Jostens was used to commemorate the 1969 World Champion Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl win over the Minnesota Vikings. This was the last year the AFL and the NFL would exist as two separate leagues. Starting in 1970 the two leagues merged into one with 2 conferences. Top of ring is large ruby adorned with 11 faux diamonds - 10 small ones surrounding one large diamond. The words, “1969 Kansas City Chiefs World Champions” in raised lettering surrounds the diamond display. No other decorations or engravings. An interesting piece, this was originally a cuff link, as you can tell by the underside of the top. EX-MT.
