Before they were Yankee legends, they were Columbus Clippers! This royal blue mesh pullover jersey was worn by Bernie Williams for the Triple A Clippers in ’89, just two years before he would don the pinstripes, becoming one of the most complete players in the Yankees organization. Front left breast bears a white circular patch with embroidered “C” design with the Santa Maria embroidered with bat and baseball. The colors on this patch are slightly faded from being washed repeatedly. Verso is “25” in white numbering. Trim is red, white & blue. Tagging on front tail is “Wilson” with [size] 44 flag tag and “B-Z” flag tag. Nice use and wear. All original and comes with Bernie Williams’ Columbus Clippers pre-rookie ’91 card.
