The heavy leather team jackets issued to NHL’ers throughout the Twenties and Thirties are highly sought after by collectors and command heavy prices. Offered here are three of the thick chenille team crests salvaged from jackets discarded after they outlived their usefulness. From the personal collection of Nick Wasnie are crests from the Ottawa Senators (1932-33) and the New York Americans (1933-34) team jackets. And Bill Beveridge saved his circular crest as a memento of his season with the Montreal Maroons in 1937-38. The Americans crest has been attached to a vintage wool hockey jacket to make a beautiful display piece for your collection.
