Offered are two rare relics from the early Olympic games in London and Paris. The image of Nike, the Greek goddess of victory, stands over the raised text, “In Commemoration Of The Olympic Games Held In London 1908”, on the face of the first bronze medal. On the reverse side is an image of a horse drawn chariot carrying two men. Engraved along the edge is the name, “A.E. Hawkins”, an American wrestler. EX. Nike again appears on the second participation award, this time crowning a victor. The verso holds an image of the Parisian skyline above, “VIII Olympiad Paris 1924”. EX-MT.
