Displayed is a 1990-91 Super Bowl XXV Champion New York Giants team-signed "90" jersey, with 33 signatures.  "No good....Wide right," said NBC-TV sports announcer Al Michaels on the air as Buffalo Bills kicker Scott Norwood missed a 47-yard field goal attempt with the Bills trailing 20-19 and only four seconds left in the game that would determine the NFL Champion for the 1990 season. The game was played on Jan. 27, 1991, at Tampa Stadium, and the loss was the first of four consecutive Super Bowl losses for Buffalo, and for the head coach, Marv Levy, quarterback Jim Kelly and many of the other Bills players. Forever after, this Super Bowl XXV contest would be known as "Wide Right."

The Giants quarterback was Jeff Hostetler, playing because of an injury to New York's first-string quarterback, Phil Simms. Giants coach Bill Parcells played a conservative offense, not taking many chances. Hostetler completed 20-32 passes for 222 yards. Stephen Baker and Otis Anderson scored touchdowns for the Giants and Matt Bahr kicked two New York field goals. Buffalo had received touchdowns from running backs Thurman Thomas and Don Smith, a safety credited to Bruce Smith, and a first quarter 27-yard field goal from Norwood. Later, it was revealed that on Norwood's final field goal attempt, holder Frank Reich had mistakenly placed the laces to the right, which would have made the ball curve in that direction.

The offered team-signed mesh jersey is blue, with red and white trim. There is no tag in the back of the "V" neck. "90" is on the front, in sewn-on white numerals with red trim. "90" is also on each sleeve, also in sewn-on white letters with red trim. On a blue sewn-on nameplate across the back is "CHAMPIONS" in white sewn-on lettering. There is no manufacturer's tag. On back is "90" in sewn-on white numerals with red trim. The 33 autographs are on either of the these numerals, signed in blue with a fine tip marker. The 33 autos: Lawrence Taylor, Ottis Anderson, Carl Banks, Mark Bavaro, Jeff Hostetler, Leonard Marshall, Rodney Hampton, Sean Landetta, Jumbo Elliott, Bart Oates, Lewis Tillman, Bob Kratch, Mike Fox, Myron Guyton, Perry Williams, Dave Duerson, Eric Dorsey, Dave Meggett, Stephan Baker, Pepper Johnson, Stacy Robinson, Bobby Abrams, John Washington, Lee Rouson, Steve DeOssie, Howard Cross, Matt Bahr, Everson Walls, William Roberts, Brian Williams, and more. The autos rate 8/10 overall. The jersey is in EXCELLENT condition.
