Presented is a 1995 Mo Vaughn game issued, signed bat. Maurice "Mo" Vaughn was a 3-time All-Star and the American League's MVP in 1995. In his Major League career, he played for three teams: Boston Red Sox (1991-98), Anaheim Angels (1999-2000), New York Mets (2002-03). He has a lifetime Major League batting average of .293, 328 home runs. He is nicknamed "the Hit Dog." 

The bat is black. On the lower barrel is "kc Slammer." The bat is 36" in length, and it weighs 36 ounces. Machine printed on the barrel: "Mo Vaughn Boston Red Sox." Using a fine-tip silver marker, Vaughn neatly scripted "Mo Vaughn/M.V.P. '95." There is thin white tape around the mid-point between the handle and barrel. Written on both the handle end and the barrel end is "42," written in silver marker by an unknown hand. There are a few very small white slots on the bat where the surface black coating has worn away. The bat does not show use, and it is in EXCELLENT condition.
