Lot of three St. Louis Browns team-signed baseballs, with Satchel Paige signature. Included in this lot is an Official American League (Harridge) ball that is signed by 24 members of the 1943 Browns. The ball is in excellent condition. The 1950 Browns team-signed an Official Reach ball, and is also signed by 24 players. The highlight of the lot is the 1952 Browns ball that has been signed by Satchel Paige and 26 of his teammates. "BROWNS 52" is written on the sweet spot of the Official American League (Harridge) ball, below Marty Marion's signature, the manager of the team. Paige played Negro league baseball and Major League Baseball. His career spanned five decades, and he was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1971.
