1950-59 WNBC jumbo postcard featuring Jackie Robinson. Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA. This is one of just six examples of this card graded at this level by PSA, with just ONE graded higher. In 1952 Jackie Robinson broke another important color barrier when he accepted the post of "Director of Community Affairs" for the National Broadcasting Company, Inc., in New York, thereby becoming the first African American executive for a major television or radio station. This card (5.75x7.5"), which has never been postally used, was issued during that time in promotion of Robinson's work with the station and it remains a scarce Jackie Robinson collectible.
