Presented here is one of the most unique single-signed baseball collections we have ever offered because each of the signers has added a special holiday inscription in the form of either "Merry Christmas" or Merry Xmas." All the players represented here are Hall of Famers, except for Pete Rose. Unless otherwise noted, each signature has been scripted in blue ink across the sweet spot, with the signatures averaging 7/10. On four of the balls (Ford, Jenkins, Smith, and Musial) the special Christmas inscription appears separately on a side panel. All the balls are either Official American (Brown or Budig) or National (Coleman) baseballs except for Ford (retail ball). Nearly all the balls display varying degrees of age toning and are otherwise in Excellent to Mint condition. The collection consists of the following: Larry Doby, Ozzie Smith, Nolan Ryan, Buck O'Neil, Warren Spahn, Whitey Ford (signed on the side panel), Stan Musial, Fergie Jenkins, Hoyt Wilhelm, Bob Feller, Eddie Mathews, and Pete Rose (signed on the side panel).
