Outstanding New York Yankees team-signed baseball dating from the club's 1962 World Championship season. Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA (the signatures are graded NM 7; the ball is graded EX 5; resulting in a final overall grade of EX-MT 6). The Official American League (Cronin) baseball has been signed in black ink by the following fifteen team members: Mantle (sweet spot), Maris, Berra, Ford, Roberts, Houk (Mgr., sweet spot), Howard, Skowron, Richardson, Lopez, Gonzalez, Blanchard, Turley, Arroyo, and Boyer. The year, "1962," is written in blue ink on a side panel. This ball was most likely signed during spring training of 1962 because Pedro Gonzalez did not make the team that year and Robin Roberts was released by the Yankees on April 25th. This is a very attractive Yankees team ball, featuring NO clubhouse signatures, commemorating the final World Championship of Mickey Mantle's career. Full LOA from PSA.
