Andrew Johnson signed album page. Inside of this 9.75x11.5" frame is a blank page (5x7.75") that has been signed by Andrew Johnson. Hugh McCulloch, the Secretary of the Treasury, signed the page below Johnson's signature, and wrote the date, 1868. Also included is a card (3.25x4"), published in 1996, that features a portrait of Johnson on the front, and has biographical information on the back. Attached to the bottom of the frame is a nameplate that reads, "Andrew Johnson, 17th U.S. President 1865-1869, Countersigned by Hugh McCulloch Sect of Treasury." There is no glass included with the frame.
