Collection of six prewar Hall of Fame autographs consisting of individually signed cuts or index cards. Each piece has been encapsulated by PSA, with the signature certified as "Authentic." 1) Mel Ott. Cut signature in blue ink (grading 8/10). The cut (2.5x1"), which appears to have been taken from a check, has been affixed to an index card by means of clear tape along all four borders (tape also appears to cover the signature). 2) Elmer Flick. Index card inscribed and dated in black ink: "5-15-1966/Elmer Flick/Now 90 yrs old." Both the signature and inscription grade 8/10. 3) Ray Schalk. Index card signed in blue ink (grading 9/10). 4) Harry Hooper. Index card inscribed in black ink: "Harry Hooper/Red Sox 1909-1920/White Sox 1921-1925." Both the signature and inscription grade 10/10. 5) Harry Heilmann. Cut signature in black ink (grading 9/10). The cut (3.5x1"), which appears to have been taken from a check, has been affixed to an index card by means of adhesive. The index card displays toning and light staining. 6) Joe Medwick. Typed questionnaire (on the back of an index card) signed "Joe Ducky Medick" in blue ink (grading 8/10). Medwick has handwritten certain pieces of information, including years played in the Major Leagues and the teams he played with.
