Jimmie Foxx signed and dated baseball from August 15, 1939. Foxx signed this GoldSmith Official League ball on the side panel in blue ink. There are two other signatures on the baseball as well. One signature appears to be of Ed Wynn. There is another signature, from an unknown person that includes the inscription, "To my sweetheart." All signatures are on the side panel of the baseball. Also written on one of the side panels is the details of a game between the Belmar Braves and Cuban Stars. The inscription reads, "Aug 15, 1939, Belmar Braves 6, Cuban Stars 0." The Braves and Stars are former Negro League teams. The baseball is in good condition overall. Full LOA from PSA.
