An Adirondack Big Stick model bat used by Hall of Fame first baseman Orlando Cepeda. The ash bat is 36" long and weighs in at 40.4 ounces. The bat shows nice use with marks along the barrel and original tape near the handle. The item will include a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA verifying that it is GU 9. One of the most feared hitters of the 1960s and 1970s, Cepeda made 11 All-Star games, hit 379 home runs and won the 1967 National League MVP Award. A 1999 inductee to the Baseball Hall of Fame, Cepeda passed away in 2024 at the age of 86.
