Displayed is a Jack Youngblood signed and inscribed (3) Los Angeles Rams replica TK 2 helmet. Youngblood, a defensive end, played 14 NFL seasons, all with the Los Angeles Rams (1971-84). He was 6'4" and 247 lbs., and he was a 7-time Pro Bowler. He was a 2-time NFL sack leader, and he had 151.5 lifetime sacks. He played in five NFC Championship games, and he played in Super Bowl XIV, a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, with a broken leg. He played in 201 consecutive games, the Rams' record, and he only missed one game in his career. Youngblood is in both the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The blue helmet has the iconic, white ram's horn images on each side. There is a chin strap and a two-bar cage. The back has a warning decal stating that "The helmet is for display purposes only." The has a PSA COA (AN54964), and inside the helmet is a PSA COA with the same PSA COA Cert. Number (AN54964). One of the suspension straps has a size (7 3/8) machine printed on the strap. Using a fine tip white marker, Youngblood signed the helmet top in a bold signature. On the right side of the Helmet, Youngblood added three inscriptions, also in white, fine tip marker: "7-time Pro Bowl," "#85 retired," "HOF 01."
