A University of Illinois football helmet signed by legendary linebacker Dick Butkus. The famed Chicago Bear has signed the helmet and added two inscriptions, "2x All Am." and "CHOF 83." The signature has been verified by PSA and the service has affixed a sticker to the back of the helmet. After starring at Illinois, Butkus joined the Bears in 1965 and he soon became known as one of the greatest defenders in NFL history. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1979.
