Displayed is a Jim Otto Oakland Raiders replica, TK 2 NFL suspension helmet. Otto, a Pro Football Hall of Fame center, played 15 professional seasons, all with the AFL/NFL Oakland Raiders. He anchored the offensive line of seven AFL Division Champions and the 1967 AFL Champions. He is a member of both the NFL All-Time Team and the NFL 100th Anniversary Team. He was known as "Mister Raider." Primarily as a result of football, Otto has had over 70 operations, including nine surgeries of his knees and multiple joint replacements. He managed his NFL money wisely, and he made what some have termed a small fortune from his investments, particularly in Burger King franchises. He passed away on May 19, 2024.

The offered NFL TK suspension, replica helmet is silver, with a black stripe down the center. The helmet shows [size] "7 [&] 3/8" on an inside suspension band and "2" on another suspension band. On the inside shell is a sticker reading, "7/14/2017." Another sticker on the inside shell reads, "TK 2/TRU KURV HELMET/USE ONLY KRA-LITE LACQUER TO REPAINT." There is a two-bar face mask and a chin strap. At the center of the suspension apparatus is a circular rubber or rubber-like protective disk reading, "Riddell Suspension Helmet." On the left and right sides of the helmet is the Raiders logo. Otto signed the helmet in fine tip black marker. His signature is neatly written and bold. He added three inscriptions, also in neatly scripted black, fine tip marker: "00," "H.O.F. 1980," "Mr. Raider." The replica helmet, weighing approx. 32 ounces, comes with a JSA LOA (Cert.
