Displayed is a John Madden signed Oakland Raiders mini helmet. Madden was the head coach of the Oakland Raiders from 1969-78. His teams won seven division titles and Super Bowl XI. He never had a losing season as Oakland's coach and he has the highest winning career percentage among those who coached at least 100 NFL games. After retiring from coaching, Madden became an NFL football television commentator, and his insightful analysis and original sense of humor helped him to garner 16 Sports Emmy Awards. He is also famous for his having his name, football knowledge, and voice used in the immensely popular football video game called Madden NFL. He is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Madden passed away in 2021.

The offered mini plastic helmet is approx. 6.25" long from the front of the face guard to the back of the helmet. The helmet is approx. 4.5" in height. It is in the Raiders' colors of silver and black. The Raider logo is on one side. "Riddell" appears mid-front, just behind the top of the face guard. Madden signed the helmet in blue, fine marker ink, scripting a neat, large signature. The helmet even has interior padding and a mini chin strap. The mini helmet is in EXCELLENT condition.  Comes with LOA from PSA.
