1936 R313 National Chicle Fine Pens Al Simmons autographed premium. The autograph and premium have been graded and encapsulated by PSA VG 3 (MK) with an Auto grade of 8. The autograph was done in black to the left of the image of a swinging Simmons mostly upon the background. The premium itself is well centered with a clear black and white image. The edges have scattered roughness most evident upon the bottom edge. All four corners have light rounding/wear. The reverse has a typed ST-1936 but is otherwise clean. Pop 1 of 1 highest graded with only one other example graded.
