Presented is a pair of Ted Williams single-signed Rawlings baseballs. The Hall of Fame left fielder played his entire Major League career (1939-42 & 1946-60) for the Boston Red Sox. Despite missing nearly five full seasons because of military service as a U.S. Marine pilot during World War II and the Korean Conflict, Williams managed to blast 521 home runs. His lifetime .482 on-base percentage is still the highest of all time. His six AL batting titles include 1941, when Williams went 6-for-8 in a season-ending double-header to bat an amazing .406 for the season.
Each of the offered Official American League Baseballs (Brown) comes in a Rawlings' box. Williams signed each of the baseballs on the sweet spot, with a large, flowing, neat signature in blue ink. Both of the signed baseballs come with a JSA LOA for the Williams signature. Each of the baseballs has a JSA sticker affixed: (B75060 & B54331). The two baseballs are in EXCELLENT condition.
