Displayed is a 1959 Boston Celtics World Champion team-signed black & white jumbo photo. On thick poster board, the 30x40" photograph includes photos and an autograph from each of the 11 players of these NBA Champions. On the top row, left-to-right, trainer Buddy Leroux, later a co-owner of the Boston Red Sox, Hall of Fame point guard K.C. Jones, small forward Lou Tsioropoulis, Hall of Fame forward Tommy Heinsohn, power forward Ben Swain, small forward "Jungle Jim" Loscutoff, Hall of Fame shooting guard Sam Jones, and Hall of Fame guard/forward Frank Ramsey. Bottom row, left-to-right: Inset Celtics Vice President Lou Pieri, power forward/center Gene Conley (also a Major League pitcher), Hall of Fame point guard Bob Cousy, Hall of Fame coach Red Auerbach (not autographed), Celtics President Walter Brown, Hall of Fame shooting guard Bill Sharman, and Hall of Fame center Bill Russell. The large photo has a number of tears, with some over 5". There are also folds, cracking, corner wear, paper loss, some stains, and some glue and/or paint remnants. There is a minor bend in the poster board. The 11 signatures are all in black marker or fine-tip black marker. The signatures are usually bold, and they are clearly legible, averaging 7 or 8/10. Although the extra-large photo exhibits great wear, it's an appealing photo, with most of the players smiling, and the signatures represent an amazing seven Hall of Famers on one of the early Boston Celtics dynasty teams.
