A bat used during the 2014 season by St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Oscar Taveras. The maple, natural colored bat was made by Chandler and shows tremendous use, including a thick coat of pine tar and ball strikes all over the barrel. Taveras' number 18 is written on the knob of the bat in black ink and the player has signed the bat in black marker, noting 2014. The bat has been authenticated by PSA/DNA. One of the best prospects in baseball at the time, Taveras was tragically killed in a car accident shortly after the season in the Dominican Republic.
