A Los Angeles Dodgers jersey worn during the 1999 season by former All-Star Gary Sheffield. The interior tag shows that the white jersey is a size 50 and was made by Russell Athletic. The garment, which came directly from Sheffield, shows excellent signs of use with loose threads and dirt stains throughout. There is also a 1999 tag for the year. The left sleeve of the jersey features patches honoring both Pee Wee Reese and Jackie Robinson. Sheffield has signed the number 10 jersey on the reverse 10, writing 1999 and Game Used. The nine-time All-Star had a great season for the Dodgers in 1999 with a .302 average, 34 home runs, and 101 RBIs. He would retire following the 2009 season, finishing his career with 509 home runs and a .292 career batting average.
