A 1978 contract between baseball legend Pete Rose and sporting goods company Mizuno. This was an important agreement as Rose became Mizuno's first endorsement athlete. The agreement came together when Rose went on a tour of Japan with the Reds. The six page documents include stipulations where Rose would agree to a number of public appearances and also return to Japan in the future. Under the deal, the Cincinnati Reds star would receive $25,000 per year. The final page of the contract is signed by Rose and the representative from Mizuno.
