Presented is a great collection of varied sports magazines, photos, and a signed ticket: 1) Last hockey game ticket at Montreal's Forum, dated March 11, 1996, and signed by Hall of Fame left wing Frank Mahovlich. Ticket measures 2.8x5.6", autographed by Mahovlich in big and bold blue marker, and in excellent condition; 2) Signed and inscribed 5x7", black & white Bee Hive #132 photo of Hockey Hall of Fame forward Milt Schmidt, on ice in a Boston Bruins uniform. Signed and inscribed in blue ink, Schmidt wrote, "#15/Milt Schmidt/H. o. F. 1961." The lithograph has a small fold near the lower left corner, some light foxing at the edges, and a few small stains, but the photo is in overall good condition; 3) Boston Sunday Globe Pictorial color cover, April 15, 1951, signed by pitchers Johnny Sain and Hall of Famer Warren Spahn. Each player signed in blue ink. The pitchers earned great fame with the 1948 saying, written by the Boston Globe's Gerald Hern, as the Boston Braves vied for the pennant with two great starters and mediocre results from the rest of the starters: "Spahn and Sain - and two days of rain." The signed cover exhibits some very light foxing; 4) Life Magazine cover of November 3, 1971, (complete magazine) with signed and inscribed photo of Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Namath at home. Namath used a fine tip black marker to sign and inscribe, "Good Luck/Joe Namath/X [sic] 12." Photo measures 10.25x13.25", and it is in nice condition; 5) Macleans magazine cover, March 1967, signed and inscribed, in blue marker, by Hall of Famer Bobby Hull and his brother, Dennis Hull. The brothers wrote, "Bobby Hull #9," and "Dennis Hull #10." The cover measures 10.5x13.4", and the offering includes the complete magazine. 6) 1949-50 UCLA Basketball Program, from March 3rd at the Westwood Men's Gymnasium. Signed by Hall of Famer John Wooden. Measures 7x10". Shows wear. Enclosed Wooden business card has another John Wooden signature. 7) Esquire (magazine), August 1966, cover signed by Floyd Patterson, over a cover photo of Patterson and Muhammad Ali. 8) 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team (Miracle on Ice) Sports Illustrated cover photo signed by U. S. Olympic Team center Neal Broten. 9) Circa 1980 10.8x14" autographed, on ice photo of the great Hall of Famer Gordie Howe, and his sons, Mark and Marty Howe, as Hartford Whalers. 10) 1967 Boston Red Sox scorecard autographed by Jim Lonborg. Cover is detached from inner pages, and cover has rips, front and back and on a few pages. 11) 1952 Boston Braves Program and scorecard (scored), with signature of Braves players Sibby Sisti, Lew Burdette, and Johnny Logan. Vertical fold down middle. 12) 1949 Boston Braves program and scorecard signed by Al Dark, Sibby Sisti, Johnny Antonelli, and Clint Conatser. 12) 1948 Boston Braves program and scorecard with signatures of three Braves: Sibby Sisti, Johnny Antonelli, and Clint Conatser. Cover is partially detached, heavy toning and some tears. 13) "ON THE AIR" Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics radio schedule booklet, signed by Milt Schmidt and Red Auerbach on cover. 14) June 7, 2003, Artura Gatti vs. Micky Ward Atlantic City fight program signed by Gatti and Ward. 15) Nov. 23, 2002, Gatti vs. Ward Atlantic City boxing program signed by both, on cover. 16) Sept. 16, 1946, Life Magazine, with West Point football All Americans Glenn Davis and Doc Blanchard, with signatures, on cover. Exhibits a stain on cover, with a small tear. Some foxing on inside. 17) Sept. 22, 1972, Life Magazine, with marathon runner Frank Shorter on the cover, signed by Shorter.
