Presented is a collection of ten (14) signed New York Yankee photos.

1) A marvelous remembrance of the famous Bobby Thomson "Shot Heard 'Round the World" is this 7.4x9.2", matted and framed to 12.75x15.7", black & white photo signed and inscribed by BOTH Thomson and Ralph Branca. Thomson's game winning three-run home run off Branca won the pennant for the New York Giants over the Brooklyn Dodgers in the deciding NL Playoff Game 3 in 1951 at the Polo Grounds. The photo depicts both Thomson and Branca following through after the pitch and blast that changed baseball history. The baseball itself is visible, and it has been circled and its flight path marked with added broken lines towards its landing, an instant later, in the nearby left field bleachers. Both Thomson and Branca wrote using a fine tip, blue marker. Thomson, "The Flying Scot," wrote, "Joe/ With My Best Wishes/Bobby Thomson," and Branca wrote, "To Joe, All best wishes, Ralph Branca/Oct.3, 1951."

2) Here's a terrific photo of Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle and former Yankee first baseman Bill "Moose" Skowron, inscribed and signed by Skowron. This unusual photo is sure to bring some laughter to any sports collection. Does Mickey not realize, as he physically shows his affection, that beneath the blond wig and behind the huge sunglasses of the person to his right is not a woman, but a macho man called, appropriately enough, Moose? Mantle's wide eyes seem to indicate something: Is it surprise? Anticipation? Over-acting? The photo was taken long after Mickey's retirement as a player, but he never retired as a prankster. The approx. 8x10" color photo is matted and framed to 12.5x15.25". Skowron also shows his humorous side in his signature and inscription, both in blue marker, as he writes, "The Best Looking Broad Mickey Ever Dated/Bill 'Moose' Skowron."

3) A signed approx. 8x10" color, signed photo of the Yankees star second baseman, Bobby Richardson, a 3-time World Champion Yankee, a 5-time Gold Glove recipient, and an 8-time All-Star. The photo is matted and framed to 12.25x15.25". Richardson signed in fine tip blue marker.

4) An approx. 8x10" color photo of Tom Tresh, as a shortstop, practicing the double play turn at second base. Tresh signed in fine tip blue marker. Matted and framed to 12.25x15.25".

5) An approx. 8x10" color, signed photo of star Yankee right hander Allie Reynolds. matted and framed to 12.25x15.25", the photo has a neatly written Reynolds' signature in fine tip blue marker.

6) A black & white, approx. 8x10" signed photo, matted and framed to 12.25x15.25", of Jimmie Reese, a Major Leaguer in 1930-32. Born in New York City as Hyman Solomon, he took the name Jimmie Reese to avoid baseball prejudice against Jewish players. Reese is best known for being the road roommate of the Yankees' Babe Ruth. Reese was an infielder who hit an amazing .346 in 188 at bats in 1930 (.278 lifetime). Reese used a fine tip blue marker to craft a neat signature.

7) "Spahn and Sain, and pray for rain," was the famous slogan for the 1948 NL pennant winners, the Boston Braves. Spahn and Sain were the team's two pitching stars. Presented is a signed 8x10" black & white signed photo of Johnny Sain, as a Yankee (where Sain was a 3-time World Champion), matted and framed to 12.25x15.25". Sain's neat signature was scripted with a fine tip, blue marker.

8) An 8x10" signed photo of Johnny Blanchard, matted and framed to 12.25x15.25". Blanchard was a catcher/outfielder who was a valuable reserve as a Yankee. Blanchard signed in a big and bold signature, using a fine tip blue marker.

9) An approx. 8x10" signed and inscribed color photo of New York Yankee manager Ralph Houk. Nicknamed "The Major" for his combat service as an officer in the U.S. Marines in World War II, Houk was a part of six Yankee World Champions, two as a player, one as a player/coach, one as a coach and two as a manager. The photo is matted and framed to 12.2x15.25". Using a fine tip blue marker, Houk wrote, in big and bold script, "Best Wishes/Ralph Houk."

10) An 8x10" color unframed photo titled "1961 Yankee Infield." The photo shows, not in order, first baseman Bill Skowron, second baseman Bobby Richardson, shortstop Tony Kubek, and third baseman Clete Boyer. Each of the four players signed in fine tip blue marker and inscribed the photo with his uniform number. Overall, the photos are in EXCELLENT condition.

11) A black and white photo of Bobby Richardson playing the field.  Framed to 19x23" overall, this image has been signed and inscribed "#1" by Richardson in blue.  Plexiglass scratched.

12) An unframed color print of Maris, Mantle and Berra at home plate signed by Yogi Berra in blue.  Measures 15x18" overall.  Creasing and wear noticed.

13) A black and white photo of Mickey Mantle, Billy Martin, and Hank Bauer.  Framed and matted to 17x21" overall, photo has been signed and inscribed "#9" by Bauer in black.

14) A black and white photo of Moose Skowron and Clete Boyer framed and matted to 14x18" overall. Signed by both in blue with JSA cert attached.
