Presented is a 2009-10 LaMarcus Aldridge Portland Trail Blazers' 1975-77 throwback jersey. Aldridge, a power forward and center, played in the NBA for 11 seasons: Portland Trail Blazers (2006-15), San Antonio Spurs (2015-21), Brooklyn Nets (2021-22). He grew up in Dallas Texas where, as a 6'7" eighth grader, he was known on the local playgrounds as "the tall kid who couldn't play." Eventually, his coordination caught up to his height, and at 6'11", he was the second overall choice in the 2006 NBA Draft, taken by the Chicago Bulls and traded to Portland. For his NBA career, Aldridge averaged 19.1 PPG, with 8.1 RPG. He was a 7-time All-Star. In 2019-10 when Alridge game wore the jersey, he averaged 17.9 PPG and 8.0 TRB. The offered red jersey has black and white trim. The sewn-on NBA logo patch is high on the left chest. Running vertically down the right chest is "blazers" in lowercase white lettering with black trim. On the left chest is 12 in sewn-on white numerals with black trim. Below the name is 12 in sewn-on white numerals with black trim. The jersey shows light wear, with few loose threads. Overall, the jersey is in fine condition.
