Addendum (February 27, 10:01 am): Please note that the MLB hologram label (MT00537438) authenticates both the signatures and the base, but the MLB website identifies the base as a "2004 World Series Game Issued Base." Given the soiling, we assume that it was game-used, but we cannot guarantee its game use. (The World Series ended on October 27th and the signing took place on October 29th.) 

A game-issued base from the 2004 World Series signed by members of the championship-winning Boston Red Sox. The base shows extensive wear with dirt stains all over and the World Series logo in the center. The item has been signed by 26 members of the team including: Pedro Martinez, David Ortiz, Curt Schilling, Manny Ramirez, Jason Varitek, Dave Roberts, Kevin Youkilis, Johnny Damon, and Tim Wakefield. The lot includes a wooden display case. The 2004 Red Sox team was able to break the Curse of the Bambino, ending an 86-year steak with their World Series win. This is an impressive piece of memorabilia commemorating the team. Accompanied by a MLB Hologram and full LOA from PSA, COAs from JSA and SGC.
