A poster from the 1957 Canada Cup Golf tournament that was held at the Kasumigaseki Country Club in Tokyo, Japan. The event, which featured legendary players like Sam Snead and Gary Player, was won by the Japanese team of Koichi Ono and Torakichi Nakamura. This tournament is credited with creating a boom in interest in the sport of golf in Japan. The 29x40.5" poster has been mounted on a hard backing board and has some evident condition issues. Still, the item is very rare, is the first that we've seen here at Lelands, and represents an important piece of golf history.
