A 1959 boxing program from the fight between Muhammad Ali (then Cassius Clay) and Art Toombs. Ali, who had yet to win his 1960 Olympic Gold medal, was still fighting as an amateur. The program has some defects with several rips, including a large one on the front cover, but it remains intact. The program also features wrestling articles and features stars like Whipper Watson and Hans Schmidt on the cover. The program is quite rare, this is only the second copy Lelands has ever handled. Ali was coming off a loss in his most recent fight against Amos Johnson but was able to easily dispatch Toombs. The boxer would turn professional the following year and go down as one of the most legendary fighters in the sport's history.
