The taped handle features a coat of pine tar and the barrel shows significant use with ball strikes throughout. The lot will also include a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA and the service has assigned the item a grade of Game Used 9. Palmeiro was one of the best players in the game during his 20-year career and he remains one of only 7 players in MLB history to have recorded at least 3,000 hits and at least 500 home runs.
