Presented is a Fred McGriff game used bat that was used during the 2000 season. The dark brown Louisville Slugger model C271 bat is 35" long and weighs 31.5 ounces. McGriff's name is engraved on the barrel of the bat in script text, above "TAMPA BAY DEVIL RAYS." The bat is uncracked and exhibits excellent use as there are several ball marks along the barrel. There is also a moderate coat of pine tar present on the handle. McGriff's number 29 is written on the knob of the bat in black marker, and on the top of the barrel in gold marker.
