1912 Stetson Hats Philadelphia Athletics team postcard. The postcard has been graded and encapsulated by SGC FR 1.5. it has a full team image in black and white with "The Athletic Players All Wear Stetson Hats" across the top and "The World's Champions Wear The World's Best Hats" across the bottom of the card. The card is nicely centered with light chipping along the top edge. All four corners exhibit light to moderate wear with the top left being the most apparent. The reverse has been postally used with a Boston Mass April 1, 1912 postmark and one cent green Franklin stamp. While the postcard appears much better than the given grade, we believe that the reason for the lower grade is that it was used and postmarked on the reverse.
