1978 Al Unser worn racing suit. This racing suit measures 66 inches from top to bottom and was worn by racing legend Al Unser during the 1978 season. The Goodyear logo appears across the back of the suit, the shoulders, and left chest area. There is also a Champion and Valvoline logo sewn into the left chest. Gabriel, Simpson, and First National City Travelers Checks logo patches are sewn to the front of the suit, in the right chest area. "Al Unser" is embroidered on the right chest in blue, in a script font. Unser wore an almost identical suit when he won the California 500 race on September 3, 1978, in Ontario, California.
