Detroit Pistons home jersey worn by Hall of Fame guard Isiah Thomas, circa 1986. The white mesh jersey, with red-white-and-blue trim, is lettered "Pistons" across the front and features the number "11" on the front and reverse. The name "Thomas" is lettered on the reverse, directly above the number. All front letters and numerals are applied in red on blue silk-screened paint. All reverse letters are applied in blue silk-screened paint. Located on the left front tail are a "Sand-Knit 40" label and a second Sand-Knit label that reads in part "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Detroit Pistons." Thomas has inscribed the jersey in blue marker (grading 6/10) on the front: "Isiah Thomas #11." The jersey is original as issued and displays moderate wear, including a few light, scattered stains. Sand-Knit manufactured this style Pistons jersey for six seasons (1983-84 to 1988-89). Thomas was in his prime during that six-year span, during which time he helped lead the Pistons to three consecutive NBA Final appearances and one World Championship. One of the greatest players of his era, Thomas retired after the 1993-94 season with lifetime averages of 19.2 points per game, 9.3 assists, and 1.9 steals. He was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2000. Full LOA from PSA (for the signature only).
