A 1963 check signed by legendary baseball manager Casey Stengel. The Valley National Bank check was made out for $50, and the note reads, "clubhouse and bat boys." The manager signed the check Charles D. Stengel in blue ink. The item has been authenticated as Authentic and encapsulated by PSA/DNA. Stengel, who played for several teams, is one of the greatest managers of all time, winning 7 World Series titles with the New York Yankees. He was also the first manager of the expansion New York Mets. Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1966, Stengel died in 1975 at the age of 85.
